I would almost say nobody can be that stupid... but that's the kind of stupidity I deal with on a day to day base from your business customers...

Just like yesterday:
Customer "I can't add attachments to tickets on my Citrix account"
Me "Okay, what do you do?"
Customer "Okay, I log in, open the ticket, click 'add', then close the Citrix message, browse to my file, select it and get 'Access denied'."
Me "Okay, lets go back a step. What does the Citrix message say and what do you choose?"
Customer "It says 'Grant Citrix access to your computers harddrive?' and I click 'deny Access' of course. I wouldn't let just any software access my harddrive."

. o O ( Business customers... they don't have any more complicated problems then the 'normal' customers... they're just paid to be be more creative. )

Seems to be a bit of bending of what happens on there, too much zoro, what people would have liked to do I wager.

I see quite a few things over on [livejournal.com profile] customers_suck.

though I have to admit, I've had to open computers with a few floppy disks slipped inside.

Wow, that's a winner.

... "Sacramento, CA, USA"? I could have sworn you were in the Bay Area. Otherwise we'd have to visit more :-p
