Saw the teaser in the theater. I think I like it better than the trailer.

I'm still excited about this film, but thats slowly being replaced by a healthy dose of dread.

First off, JJ Abrams. Nuff said.

Second, I fear I've been looking into the ARG and every bit of info I can get on this thing. I am going to call it now. The monster is a giant, genetically modified human/whale. The mini monsters are proportionally large whale lice, which means they would be about 6' tall.

How do I hit these conclusions? Well, if you get into this at all, the ARG, which generally reveals plot points, all show three distinct trends: Giant whales (look at the Slusho history if you ever get so inclined), Genetics/gene splicing, and a popular drink that happens to use "deep sea nectar," which I'm guessing has a similar mechanic to the slugs in BioShock. The result? Giant mutants and people getting sick and changing. I'm taking a wild guess and saying that the one bulging/screaming woman in the tent in the trailer is either infected or changing due to this stuff.

I have a permanent boner for this movie. D: Hell, Keeper even has the form of the 'I wish this monster was the slusho! monster' from the forums on there, on Taps.

Mmmm, can't wait for this movie to come out.
