I'd love the older XCom 1+2 on one of the newer systems. Hell, I'm surprised they haven't ressurected it for the DS or PSP yet.
I'm quite happy with DS Quake.

I'm sure someone is working on it. I've seen a beta of a SNES emulator for it. Give it some time.
