SO! Remember that project I've been working on? Well its open now.

But seriously. Its as far as I know, the first adult-only limited-entry anthro art gallery created. Running on the same codebase as www.artspots.com, and closely linked with them, think of it as the general and adult galleries at a convention.

Every artist goes through a review panel, staffed by their peers, and every image is tagged, sorted and rated, giving the viewer the control to see exactly what they want, and block what they don't.

Its still in beta, and we're still working out bugs of course.. But we think we have enough art to get things started, and give folks something pretty to look at, and possibly buy once artists start using the prints system, or the commission manager..

So go! Register! Once I get the main site up, another similiar to Jaxpad will also be brought up, thats not quite so strict on art, to give more newer artists exposure and practice. =>

No one's uploaded penis, amazingly.. I can't explain the ratio either!

Actually I just looked. Most of the guy pics are getting listed as MA, so you'd need an account, and to set your rating up to see them. Its the whole letting folks see what they want without having to see stuff they don't bit.

I'm seeing a lot of the stuff I don't wanna see atm, which is why I guess I didn't probe further. I'll set up an account tomorrow and take a look. :)

Naked man = R. Naked man with erection = MA. At least that's how it's in the ratings deliniation. Just like naked woman = R, naked woman with noticable inner folds = MA. At least that's how I understand it. I'm sure if Chris Sawyer started posting art, there'd be a lot more R rated naked men. (And I mean that in a good way.)

I call it the BTC ("boob-to-cock") ratio, and speaking as a Kinsey 4, I concur! ;) But this will totally sort itself out as more people post.

One great thing about the site is that if you're logged in you can block artists you prefer not to see -- and you can do it without hurting their feelings, because they can't see who is blocking them. In fact, you can be more fine grained than that too, and block individual galleries. If an artist you like has a "Males" gallery and a "Females" gallery, you can say "Please don't show me the 'Females' gallery in the recents, OK?"

...was the sig-images being limited to only 235 wide, but up to 80 tall. A 3:1 ratio for the limit seemed odd to me for some reason.
