So I have an idea for making FA not be so slow with loading. Cache pages. It'd be pretty simple to enable, and a page is only re-generated when something on it's changed.
I'll be honest. I didn't really like FA much and the load issues bother me as a network admin, but Kaput says good things about the community there. If you need help, you know where to turn. I'd rather help a project than mock it.
Right now about 90% of the code is getting a full rewrite (and the other 10% was rewritten a while ago). Entirely new database structure, more efficient code... it SHOULD handle all the problems and fix a plethora of bugs to boot.
