That's not a bad number for most platformer type games. Look around for a double-jump power-up. That's usually before the first boss and it should get you to the end of the level. Just pay attention to how he moves. There should be some sort of pattern.
No you don't. You have two bosses- one's your direct, the other is his superior. You also have to work with management, but are not directly managed by them. :p
Mary, Bob, Quetzal, Mary, Michele and Monica are clients. They're the clients that you have to work closely with to work with the other clients. They're not your bosses, they do not control you, but their wishes are your commands, because they're the customers. :p
